Terms of Use

By signing up my son(s) I am giving permission for my son to attend the Football Bonanza on Fridays in the Y.O.S.S. gym and blacktop.  I understand that my son needs to be picked up in the front of the building between 1:50 and 2:00 PM. I understand that parents are not allowed in the gym until 1:50.  As in every sport, I understand that there are always risks involved.  All boys must display proper attitude and sportsmanship during the bonanza.  Applications will be accepted on a first come – first serve basis as there are limited spaces available in each grade. There are no refunds or discounts for any reasons.
